Description

Help us send off visiting JTEs in style at a casual dinner party this Saturday night! Let's admit it, Japanese Teachers of English (JTEs) basically saved our lives in Japan and so here's a chance to pay back the good feelings while sharing good food and drink with them at one of Davis's most popular pubs.

Catch them while you can--the JTEs will be returning to Japan in a few weeks, having completed the intensive, 6-month JUSTE Program at UC Davis. Sometimes referred to as the "Reverse JET Program," the JUSTE Program brings about 100 JTEs to universities across the U.S. each year to study and improve their ESL teaching and English skills. UC Davis is the host for Northern California.

If you are free, please come down to Davis and join the fun! The JTEs would love to meet any and all JET alumni!
